I, William Bernard Kelly of Bombay, European British Subject, residing at the Seamen's Institute, Ballard Pier Bombay, a marine engineer by profession, do hereby make

oath and swear that all the statements contained in the

Memorial dated the 15th day of December 1927 of Georg

Ludvig Rode whom I have known for the last eight years are true to my knowledge as derived from information

supplied by the Memorialist himself as well as from other

sources which I consider authentic.
